Here at ChildFolio, we aren't fans of sending you on your way and wishing you well. We believe in being there for everyone whenever you may need us. So while you can always find support documents here on our Zendesk help pages, we have also integrated with an App called Intercom to provide you real time assistance through the app. Along with answering your questions in real time, we will use Intercom to periodically send out help documents and update notifications directly to you! And of course if more assistance is ever needed, our team isn't afraid to pick up the phone and help walk you through something!
